Terms of Service & Policies

General Terms

• 1.1. This website is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by Discord Inc. (discord.com) or any of its affiliates. For inquiries, please contact us directly.
• 1.2. As a retailer of digital products, we reserve the right to sell under these Terms of Service. By using our services, you agree to these terms. Violations may result in a ban/blacklist and refusal of services.
• 1.3. This User Agreement (“Agreement”), along with our Privacy Policy and other site policies, governs your use of our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all policies.
• 1.4. Amendments: We may amend this Agreement and/or server policies at any time by posting updated policies. Changes are effective immediately.
• 1.5. All sales are final; no refunds will be provided.
• 1.6. We may discontinue any tool or service at our discretion without refund or replacement.
• 1.7. "Lifetime" refers to the operational duration of the tool/service. No guarantees are provided for patches, leaks, or ceased functionality.
• 1.8. Unauthorized cracking, leaking, or distributing our products will revoke your license and updates.
• 1.9. We may cancel orders and refuse service if fraud is suspected, without notice or compensation.

Privacy Policy

• 2.1. Data Collection: We collect information you provide for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
• 2.2. Data Usage: Data is used according to our Privacy Policy. We never share your personal information without consent except as required by law.
• 2.3. Third-Party Services: Our services may use third-party platforms. You agree to their data processing policies.
• 2.4. Data Security: We use appropriate measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
• 2.5. Retention: We retain your data as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Upon request, data will be deleted unless legally required to retain.
• 2.6. User Rights: You can access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us at prosboosts@gmail.com.
• 2.7. Updates: Privacy Policy may be modified at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.

Server Boost TOS

• 3.1. Boosts cannot be transferred. Please do not request this service.
• 3.2. If boosting accounts are removed, no replacements are provided.
• 3.3. Promotions revoked by Discord or account deletions are not compensated.
• 3.4. Boost duration matches the Nitro subscription on boosting accounts. A 1-month boost is 25–30 days. Replacements are provided if boosts expire sooner.

Server Member TOS

• 4.1. We provide a 30-day warranty for server members. If a token is revoked, replacement may not be possible.

Nitro Token TOS

• 5.1. 15-minute warranty on locked/invalid/flagged tokens; not responsible after that.
• 5.2. Do not manually log in to tokens; invalidation from improper use is not covered.
• 5.3. Damaged/flagged/locked tokens from incorrect usage or flagged tools are not eligible for replacement.
• 5.4. Tokens with captchas will not be replaced.
• 5.5. Promotions revoked by Discord are not replaced or compensated.
• 5.6. After changing a token’s password, warranty is void.

Nitro Gifts TOS

• 6.1. 30-day warranty on all Nitro gifts; no replacement after expiry.
• 6.2. No auto-claim warranty; links remain valid until expiration.
• 6.3. Keep screen-recorded proof of claiming for replacements/refunds.
• 6.4. Replacements may depend on circumstances (e.g., mass revokes).
• 6.5. Revoke reports must be submitted within 24 hours of Discord’s email.
• 6.6. No replacement if the link expires.

Nitro TOS

• 7.1. Warranty on all Nitros.
• 7.2. All Nitros are legally purchased; no revoke chance.
• 7.3. To claim replacements, provide a full screen-record or screenshare of redemption; otherwise, no replacement/refund.

Discord Account TOS

• 7.1. No warranties; purchases are at buyer’s risk.
• 7.2. Replacements offered only if tokens are invalid upon delivery; claims must be made within 15 minutes.
